A remodel is a hundred small decisions and a dozen trades that all have to land in the right order. Vanguard Construction Group manages the whole sequence: demolition, framing, plumbing and electrical coordination, drywall, tile, cabinets and finish carpentry. You get one point of contact and one team responsible for the result.

How long does a kitchen remodel take?
A typical full kitchen runs several weeks from demo to the final walkthrough, depending on the scope and material lead times. We give you a written schedule up front and keep you posted if anything shifts.
Can we live in the house during the remodel?
In most cases, yes. We seal off the work zone with dust barriers, keep pathways clean and protected and leave the site tidy at the end of every day.
Do you help with design decisions?
Yes. We help you pick the layout, materials and finishes, with samples in hand and honest input on what holds up and what's not worth the money.
